Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone onDemand is being used across the enterprise. We addressed several business problems with this solution. First and foremost, we needed to get a full suite to we were not in so many different system. SSO was very much appreciated by the organization. We are now able to track certification, onboarding and competencies without paper and numerous excel sheets. Our performance data is in one place from corrective actions, evaluations, and development plans.
- Evaluations are robust and easy to maintain.
- Observation checklist, we use them numerous ways.
- Robust curriculum builder.
- Global Product Support (GPS).
- Ability to remove items you assign - some require GPS to address.
- Requisition Template Management.
