Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone is used across the organization for GxP training and other learning purposes. It is integrated with HRCore for employee related data and other upstream systems to maintain data feeds. CSOD is also used for content coming in from different external vendors like LinkedIn, Skillsoft, Coursera. CSOD Learning is the one point platform for all learning related needs.

Percipio is a LxP and thus is out of question be compared. SumTotal LMS isn't a very good option when it comes to compliance and it's Performance Management is not too extensive.
