Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

At our organization Cornerstone is used as a global user learning tool. Training objects are made available to users based on their location and functional role within the organization. Both compliance and development training is managed in this single instance of the Learning system. Base on the users metadata it is incredibly flexible and easy to tailor the user experience navigating and making content accessible.

  • Numerous Learning Objects - Online, Events, Material, Videos, more...
  • Reporting - Both Standard and Custom reporting options
  • Admin - Menu Navigation
  • Bulk Management of training completions
  • Increased employee engagement - Meeting
  • Maintaining compliance - Still working on this process
The communicability of CSOD Learning is GREAT!
For the connected users (front office, users with email) the system works great and is very manageable. For the disconnected user (like hourly users on the production line) there is not a clear, simple solution to manage training completions.
