Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

It is being used across the entire system of over 30,000 employees, vendors, and external consultants. We are beginning the process for the extended enterprise license in order to allow nonprofits to use our system for their needs. Cornerstone addresses the need for reporting, content, certifications, licensing credit hours, and a learning experience platform that entices users to take courses.

Cornerstone OnDemand's configuration is on par with other vendors. You can change the landing page (learner home or the home page), rebrand, and limit options for users. This is similar to other LMS products. The piece that is a bit limited is the home page built in editor. This is much better when you can code it, but that isn't helpful for many administrators.

I personally think Cornerstone is only suited for large organizations that have a great need for extensive reporting and tracking. If you are a small organization, I would not use Cornerstone as you would have too many unused options that would be overwhelming for administrators and users. This is really great for compliance tracking with a company of over 2,000 employees.
