Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We are an association of educators that hold a conference annually. We use Cvent Event Management for conference registration and payment. It is so easy to use and makes registration so easy!

vFairs is very comparable to Cvent, however, we found for the actual development and hosting of an online conference, vFairs worked better and was easier to use. However, we used Cvent for registration and payment, due to its ease of use and it could be used with vFairs with no issues.

Again, great for event registration and payment. It is so easy to use and makes conference organizers' lives easier. The bid process for other services is also really good. The only problem I have experienced is the departments are often siloed—each department does not seem to know the organization was already a customer.
