Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used by a few departments within my company. The software is used for big (over 3oo people) to small (6 people) events. Having one platform be your "home" for events has been a huge time saver for our company. Some of our events there is a fee associated with them, so Cvent can easily work with the marketing team and finance team to ensure we get our money! Additionally, we utilize reminder emails depending on a person's actions of the event. For example, if a person has looked at the event invitation but hasn't yet registered, we can send an email to them to remind them to register or ask why they aren't attending.

  • Registration for multiple break outs.
  • Syncing with CrowdCompass- the event app.
  • Have checks and balances.
  • Have a "what you need" to start your event.
  • Customers are happy with their experience.
  • Easy to change a persons registration.
  • Onsite check in is quick and easy.
There are a lot of different ways to do one task within Cvent which can be confusing. Additionally, there are a few things that you can only do at set up of an event and if you forget to do them your event registration will not run as well.
The group is super helpful and patient to walk through any areas we are troubleshooting. Also, you can call any time, anywhere and get help quickly!
We have only used Cvent.
Cvent is ideal for collecting information from the attendees coming to your event. The attendees could just be attending your event or taking an extra training session, Cvent allows you to supply tracks attendees can pick at registration which will allow them to go down the path that is ideal for them. Additional, if there is a fee or an extra step for one type of attendee vs another one, Cvent handles that seamlessly!
