Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

It is being used my certain departments (that are dedicated to client accounts) as needed. It addresses problems will centralizing and collecting data around meetings, contracting, and spend.
  • Meeting requests: This is very customizable and we can build it to collect any data needed.
  • Registration: It allows us to collect anything from basic sign-up to elaborate registrations.
  • Reporting: We can provide much needed data to our clients.
  • Reporting: The new reports lack the ability for enough customization.
  • Glitches: Like anything, the system does sometimes glitch.
  • Customer Service: I've never had a great experience with my reps or calling in for assistance to customer service.

For the most part, I think Cvent is still the best product on the market. However, they are lacking in customer service with reps and when calling in for support. I think there are some areas that are glitchy that could be corrected.
