Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
Gather information on new and existing accounts for review. When we can't get a reference from either the customer's bank or other customers, we turn to D&B Finance Analytics. The information that we can get from D&B helps us understand how they stand financially so we can set the correct credit line for them.

In my area of work, I have never used B2B data availability and software features. When I am using D&B Finance Analytics, I am simply searching the customer I am looking for and print out the long report of that customer that D&B Finance Analytics provides. I am not familiar with the data availability and software features.
The implementation and deployment of D&B Finance Analytics is very easy. It did not take me long to figure out how to print off a report. The one thing that I do have trouble with sometimes is not being able to find a customer even after doing an advanced search.
I have only used D&B Finance Analytics, so I am unable to compare it to other financial analytic software. I believe we only use D&B Finance Analytics when trying to determine a customer's financial status. I don't see us changing from D&B Finance Analytics with the subscription we are currently using.
