Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
I underwrite all subcontractors before we hire them for Risk Management best practices. This includes running a D & B report on each subcontractor. Upon receipt of the report I am able to see how the subcontractor pays its bills as well as see if there are any outstanding liens or judgements against the subcontractor.

- For my limited use of D & B, there are not anything that needs improvement.

We do not use D & B for any accounts receivable management. We use D & B for credit risk management as it pertains to hiring subcontractors.
Very easy. In the rare times that I have an issue I call or email my account contact and the issue is resolved immediately.
