Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

I underwrite all subcontractors before we hire them for Risk Management best practices. This includes running a D & B report on each subcontractor. Upon receipt of the report I am able to see how the subcontractor pays its bills as well as see if there are any outstanding liens or judgements against the subcontractor.

  • Likely hood of failure

Cons

  • For my limited use of D & B, there are not anything that needs improvement.
  • Unknown to me in my position
