Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
We use D&B Finance Analytics to help us determine the appropriate credit amount and payment terms for new customers based on what we see on their company report.

Being able to see real time data for new customers has been able to help us eliminate unnecessary overdue invoices. Based on what we see, we are able to better select which customers should receive payment terms and which should remain as a prepaid customer only.
The D&B Finance Analytics platform is fairly easy to use. We received a very detailed onboarding from a knowledgeable associate once our account was active. It has been simple to use and easy to understand. We had one issue setting up a new user, which was quickly escalated to someone who could assist and it was resolved by the next day.
We have not used any other products like finance analytics
