Overall Satisfaction with Dacima Survey

Dacima survey is one of the most effective electronic data software which has a flexible and user-friendly nature. I have been using the Decima Survey for over 3 years now. The software provides an easy way to use the intuitive interface. It is a great software for different types of clinical trials, patient registries, and even web surveys. Decima Survey has the capability to manage user permissions by developing users and user groups with delegated access to sites, dashboards, studies, and much more.
  • Dacima Survey also offers great and high-end features at a very affordable rate so that it can be used by all types of businesses.
  • Moreover, as a user, I am really fond of the great credentials and authenticity which is achieved due to the Dacima Survey being composed on FDA 21 CRF.
  • I personally believe their system is great for all types of studies but the most beneficial results will be generated in longitudinal studies.
  • As a user, I expect their customer service to be as good as their software but unfortunately their customer service has a lacking element that requires further improvement because their representatives sometimes are quite unprofessional which leads to a negative image of Dacima Survey.

It has been a great experience so far and I think that the Dacima Survey will do a great job in businesses that are related to pharmacy, research institutes, hospitals, and even universities. The services being provided are highly top notch which I really like but they need to further improve their customer service. Hence, I feel that in the future Dacima Survey will be the leader when it comes to the Electronic Data Capture Software Market.
