Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

DemandScience plays an integral role as a strategic tool for business-to-business (B2B) lead generation, using content syndication and we are just starting an ABM display trial. We leverage DemandScience's intent analytics and data science capabilities to identify high-potential leads. By segmenting potential customers based on job titles and specific company demographics, we're able to ensure that our thought leadership and product content reaches the individuals who not only have the Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe (BANT) to purchase our products but also, those who would derive maximum value from engaging with them. We are better equipped to identify and focus our efforts on those prospects who exhibit a higher propensity to engage with our offerings. This not only maximises our resources but also ensures a higher success rate in our B2B lead generation initiatives.
  • The initial pitch and contact from Mason used "show me you know me" well, which we felt was a good sign of company culture and approach to database marketing.

We have a named account manager with regular calls, and who responds quickly to any problems or queries, though there have not been any massive problems, but great for answering product questions or tweaking proposals.
Over the past year we've utilised a variety of content syndicators, approximately six or seven in total, as we believe in maintaining a diversified mix of suppliers to ensure comprehensive and well-rounded marketing efforts. While all these platforms have their individual strengths, DemandScience stands out due to its unique blend of features. What sets them apart is their provision of intent data, a valuable resource in identifying prospects who are in an active buying cycle. This, coupled with their ability to combine syndication and display campaigns, allows for a more targeted and effective approach to our marketing endeavours. The customer service and account management support provided by DemandScience have been great. They consistently display a customer-centric approach, providing us with valuable insights and guidance, which has helped our campaign management and execution. Despite our usage of multiple suppliers, DemandScience will likely remain a part of our mix. Their unique features, combined with their attentive and supportive customer service, have made them a valuable ally in our B2B marketing strategies, positively impacting our lead generation and nurturing efforts.

For instance, let's say we have published a white paper on innovative recruitment practices in the tech industry. Our objective is to generate lead data from C-suite executives, directors, or managers in tech firms of a particular size. Utilising DemandScience's advanced analytics and data segmentation capabilities, we can target this exact demographic, ensuring our thought leadership content reaches the right people. The lead data generated from this exercise is then utilised for further marketing nurturing, be it through personalised email campaigns or targeted webinars, thereby enhancing our prospect engagement strategy. They may be less suitable for broader awareness campaigns to a mass audience.
