Overall Satisfaction with DemandTools

I use DemandTools to facilitate collecting, cleaning, and transferring data. It addresses problems related to ensuring our data can best be used to measure both the impact of our programs and the effect of our fundraising initiatives. It also allows, in certain cases, for an easier experience on users of the Salesforce software.

I have not used other products in this space. My understanding when speaking to others is that, were it not for the cost issue, there would be no competitor for this suite of tools.
It is well suited for cleaning data and finding cases where users are making errors. The availability of DemandTools sometimes leads to unrealistic expectations about how much data cleaning can be automated and how much needs to be reviewed by users. Having steps to facilitate this would enhance the experience for Salesforce admins and end-users.
