Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

Deputy is used across all of our company stores in Australia. It helps us easily roster staff and complete timesheets as well as give instant access to payroll data to our accounts team who are based in New Zealand.

It’s super easy to use. My only issue is when using the schedule/roster feature on my iPad it doesn’t work very well. However, I think this is an iPad issue and not a Deputy issue.
It’s so easy to set up. The staff can onboard themselves, which syncs with our payroll software (Xero).
Deputy is a mandatory solution for anyone in hospitality with more than about 5 staff. It saves time through quick rostering, timesheeting, and payroll. It can also save money [by] using the smart and dynamic roster features. The ability for staff to enter their unavailability and leave requirements and the shift swapping feature is a huge time saver. The award integration is fantastic and makes payroll a breeze.
