Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use it as an add-on for our clients in Xero that require rostering, etc. The chat support can be slow and many times the issue isn't resolved. The app lacks simple features that would allow for a better user interface and engagement. The lack of intuitive features and the difference in cloud-based versions is confusing. Integration to accounting packages is clunky and not user friendly

  • Reporting is limited and not really user friendly.
  • Integration and award usually causes a mess and has to be done manually.
  • Rostering time has been reduced.
  • Payroll processing is unchanged due to massive issues with importing and integrations.

Great for basic rostering only.
There is no assistance with implementation. Integration causes multiple issues and reporting is next to unusable.
For rostering purposes, it is fine. Payroll integration and reporting are hugely limited due to multiple factors.
