Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

We use Dialpad at my company as a replacement for landline phones. We needed a product that was modern and was able to translate the conversation in real time. We have a group of project coordinators that utilize Dialpad for 8 hours of the day and a service that handles the calls after hours, so call quality and reliability is extremely important.

Pros

  • customer services responsiveness
  • Modern visual layout
  • simplicity and familiarity in phone calls and texting

Cons

  • Voice AI accuraccy
  • Plans staying consistent and not changing from signed contract
  • Ringing/ call options for all devices to work more simplistically
  • Translation isn't always the move accurate
  • AI Voice is good for a general review of the call
  • Live Ai is great when it works to drop into a call

We deal with mitigation and disaster relief customers. Being able to accurately understand what they need in their most vulnerable moments without missing any details is essential. Having coordinators say they never received Dialpad's phone call to begin with or seeing that the conversation live text isn't translating accurately is an issue at times.
