Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice
I use Dialpad on a daily basis and I absolutely love it. It allows me to keep track of all type of communication with my clients and team members. From the basics such as calling and messaging to Ai assistance every step of the way, channels and room meetings organized. Dialpad leveled up our game and we really appreciate how the integrations work perfectly. We do not even have to worry about taking important notes, Dialpad have us covered with transcripts and snipping tools. We tried several services and apps before but Dialpad is a one-way ticket , anyone would be amazed.

- Different lines and operators organization
- Messaging
- Room meetings
- The previous call window was way better to see full screen.
- Having the call options down below makes it uncomfortable and users need to take more steps to do thing that used to take just a click or 2.
- I would like to adjust the left side menu a little more
- Improved 100% the client communication, we used yo loose important información from them with other systems
- Team members are all in the same page inside the app and the email follow ups.
With Dialpad there is no need for external apps or VPN to make ir work properly, it connects in one click. It has All in one features to organize your Workflow. Communication is beyond one area but multiple. The audio and video quality stand up and the costumer service is amazing.
