Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We are a sales organization and rely on the phone all day every day. Dialpad Talk replaced another VoIP solution we had that became too expensive. The fact it integrates so tightly with Google Workspace is awesome. I was not sure about only having chat support, but honestly, it's better than dealing with someone offshore that you have a hard time understanding.

Better User Interface with Dialpad Talk for the application. However, RingCentral has unified phone numbers where your voice line is also your fax line. DialPad uses a 3rd party (HelloFax) and adds a margin to the cost to make a profit. Dialpad Talk just needs to develop their own fax software and include it in the cost of its service.

Dialpad Talk is great for small businesses that have a limited IT budget and are looking for an application that can be self-installed without the need for an IT consulting firm. The user interface for admin and the Dialpad Talk windows application are very intuitive as is the mobile app on both Android and apple iOS.
