Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use Diligent Boards to share all the information with the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
  • Ease of use - very intuitive - minimum training needs.
  • Easy tools to upload information.
  • Easy way of preparing the agenda with the support materials for the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
  • I really do not have any recommendations; works very well for what I need.
  • Ease of use - intuitive UX.
  • Security
  • Reliability
  • It makes the whole process of sharing information easier and with better controls, but we have not calculated an ROI.
The truth is that I have not had the need to contact support since I have not faced any issues with the software.
Security is very important for us and Diligent is an excellent option on this front.
We did not evaluate any other product before selecting Diligent as the CEO of the Company and other board members had use it in other companies.

Diligent Boards are very well suited to share information on a monthly basis with the Board of Directors and prepare the agenda with the supporting material for the quarterly meetings with the Board and the Audit Committee.
