Overall Satisfaction with Diligent Boards

We use Diligent Boards as our sole platform for our Board of Trustee meeting documents as well as a resource centre, questionnaires and resolutions.

  • Ease of use
  • I currently use one click as I like the functionality of importing a word agenda and being able to link. I know there is an updated version but sometimes new is not always better! Please keep one click!
  • Safety
  • Ease of use

  • Board members are more familiar now with Diligent which means time is saved.
  • Security is key and is never an issue
I would give a 15 out of 10 if I could. My contact (Patrick Sohier) is amazing as is the rest of the Diligent Customer support team. If I have any question, any issue, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Never have I ever contacted Diligent with a question that I didn't immediately have a response and an answer.
It has great impact. We are very comfortable using Diligent knowing that our information is secure.
