I was an original user of docusign for my real estate business. I have used the program for years and this year my bill said $120.00 and they charged me over $250 on my credit card. When I call, they say oh no it’s wrong amount and will not credit the difference. I send them a copy of the screen shot showing the billing amount and all I get is the same answer. Oh no that’s wrong. Company has turned highly unethical in their business practices and would worry about my privacy of material. I am in real estate and now will need to download all files in order to cancel and doubtful I will be refunded any money. I have reported to the better business bureau and plan to post every site I can to warn other consumers. No one should use this app as it is untrustworthy and use the fact they have your data to hold over you. Highly unethical company.
- Not return consumer calls
- Charge you more than your bill
- Have a supervisor call and leave messages in middle of the night.
- Overcharging you
- Charge consumer same amount as bill
- Return customer calls
- Stop giving consumer run around
- Any good impact now does not matter. They have ruined anything good I thought of them as I no longer trust the company.
