Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM
Whenever there are documents that need to be signed, and the people who need to sign them are not physically present in the same place, we use it to get those signature(s) needed. It addresses the issue of needing everyone to be in one place and working with different people/companies in different places, as well as minimalizing the need to print papers.
- promoting themselves and being the first app to pop up
- integrating with google
- making online signatures available
- layout
- the need for an account
- making it look less spam like
- ability to sign from any computer
- ability to save the document
- availability
- we are spread out across the world, so keeping our documents online
- it has not had much of a ROI impact
- keeping communication easier
The reason I have chosen DocuSign is because it is the most common app that will pop up (especially when opening something in Gmail or Google Drive) to let you sign a document. I do not necessarily want to use DocuSign, and I don't always use it, but sometimes it is just easier because it is there.
