Overall Satisfaction with DonorPerfect
We are an animal shelter in Green Bay, WI. We use DonorPerfect to log all of our donations and thereby we are able to run reports of various things we want to know about our donors. We also use that database to mail out direct mail donation requests.
- We are able to keep all information about our donors in one file. Name, address, pets owned, family information. So when we call them we know a little bit about them.
- Running reports is very easy once you learn how to set up a report. Sometimes for example, we need to know all donors who gave a total of $500 within a two year time period...it can be done with DonorPerfect.
- Logging donations received daily is very easy. Some of the fields can be preset like date, check, type of donation and that is a time saver.
- Sometimes learning HOW to set up reports is confusing.
- Knowledge base has so many questions I never can find what I'm looking for.
- I'd like to see instructions to do reports in a step by step basis with screen shots.
- Increased employee efficiency
- Better customer service. If a customer calls about a donation they "thought" they made last year and they want a receipt its very easy for me to pull up their name and give them all the info, down to the exact check number.
