Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to store all our documents. I use it daily in order to save all the important documents and review information about the different cases that we have.

Dropbox is easier to use and friendly with all devices even if it's not Apple.

It is not well suited for large documents since it can be very slow. For urgent documents that are related to work, it is not well suited since the site crashes very often and when that happens, we don't have access to our documents. It is well suited to use it as a backup of your files, but, overall, I wouldn't personally recommend it as the number 1 option.
