Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Saving purchase orders, important docs, etc- we use it as our main connector of documents. Our team is remote, and what's great here is that no matter what email platform one has and where anyone is in the world, Dropbox is accessible. We find this is better than possibly having connection issues.
- Organization of folders.
- Lots of space.
- Clean interface.
- Sometimes hard to find items.
- A way to drag and drop to other interfaces without downloading items.
- Cleaner way of organizing.
- It's a great tool on a budget.
- It can get disorganized fast.
- It works globally.
Dropbox can be used regardless of the employee's platform or whereabouts. With a remote company, it is essential a site can be reached no matter the country or time. Dropbox also has great tools to keep you organized- finding things is easy if you keep up with a clean way of working.
