Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

  • Storage
  • Organization
  • Management
  • Cumbersome
  • User unfriendly
  • Reverse
  • Sometimes user error can be very destructive
  • The lack of control over how access is provided
  • File sharing has helped save time by getting everyone on the same page
Well we are still comparing the two software. Unfortunately, it seems as though we might be switching to SharePoint as a more user-friendly software. SharePoint lets us have workable and shareable files, it doesn't seem like Dropbox lets us co-work in the same files. Dropbox has been good to get us started, though.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of Dropbox go as expected?

No

Would you buy Dropbox again?

Yes

It's good for younger beginners, they can understand computers to an extent and Dropbox is like an extension of their email so they get it. I would say it's less appropriate in regards to the older staff that isn't very well suited to computers. We've had problems trying to make them understand the concept.
