Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox for all our file storage. It's a great resource for clients to securely upload protected docs to us. With the high volume of files we go through on a daily basis, Dropbox has really helped us to stay very organized and being able to keep our files "offline" it means we save space on our work computers as well, which is great.
- Dropbox's customer service team is excellent!
- Dropbox is always fast to sync and is rarely (if ever) down for maintenance that I've noticed.
- Thanks to their great customer service, if we've ever needed help or had questions, Dropbox has always quickly helped explain or resolve any questions I've had, so I honestly can't think of anything they need to improve on.
- Being able to keep our files securely stored, organized, and shared amongst our employees across the country is invaluable.
I haven't personally used other platforms like Dropbox. Our company has only used Dropbox since I started here 4 years ago, and it's always worked very well in my opinion.
