Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
we use Dropbox everyday, it is one of our main server to save docs. it is so convenient that for those who have shared access of the folders, we can view the changes in files immediately and share with others using the link it created. the only issue of using Dropbox maybe syncing issue.

- cannot view large documents online (download only) in my experience

- people from different region can access the same file anytime
- can download previous version instead of saving a new file, to compare performance
it is easier to access Dropbox using devices other than laptop/ computers. for example, i can open files using ipad when i'm commuting. it is easier to give immediate response if needed, rather than wait until i arrive office/ home to turn on my laptop. it facilitates decision-making and make prompt business decisions.
