Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business
Dropbox business is used company wide as an integrated service with Office 365, the simple take away from this is that it makes file sharing and access a much simpler task. While there is a file server in use it doesn't allow for our remote support users to access Company Data such as Job Cards, etc. which is why Dropbox Business was implemented.
Dropbox business is also utilized when on-boarding Clients, site photos are uploaded to Dropbox and as such are immediately accessible from Head Office instead of needing to wait for someone to return with a flash drive or send them via email

- Dropbox business can be integrated with Office 365, the simple take away from this is that it makes file sharing and access a much simpler task.
- Dropbox business makes file access a breeze, whether on a desktop at the office or on mobile on the go you can access all the files you need at any time.
- Dropbox business has improved security features over the standard free-to-use drop box.
- The higher level packages can be quite pricey
- Dropbox Business is entirely cloud-based, so no on-premise storage or hybrid implementations can be set up
- Files can easily end up being duplicated as many users can edit a file simultaneously
- Virtually removed waiting times for file submissions and transfers
- Dropbox has made client on-boarding a much easier task in terms of access to photos and report from site.
- One negative note is that some people have become too reliant on a file being available on Dropbox, for example, someone not having completed or submitted a report because the files weren't on Dropbox.
- Google Drive and OneDrive
With Google Drive requiring a Gmail account and OneDrive for Business requiring an Office 365 subscription and the free version of OneDrive requiring a Microsoft account, Dropbox Business is a much better option because it allows for cloud-based files to be shared to anyone, regardless of their email account.
Dropbox for Business also provides much better encryption when sharing files.
