Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

Cloud storage initially, changing a paper based office to an electronic office - what a great relief to do this! Manual signatures to E signatures - why did I not see or use this functionality sooner? What a Godsend! Thsi has improved efficiencies way above my expectations as clients do not have scanners, cannot come in or keep appointments.... blah blah blah. I can even monitor outstanding E signatures through the automatically pending emails.
  • E signature for getting clients to sign who don't have scanners and find an excuse not to do it - no excuses now!
  • E signature for ensuring everything is properly signed and where to sign
  • E Signature for compliance and state stamping purposes - yet another great attribute
  • All of my product providers need to recognize this as E signing software - not quite there yet
  • It would be great if would specifically sync in with the product providers that accept this E signing format
  • The dating format would be better if it defaulted to Australian ways i.e. day/month/year
  • ROI - less time for function
  • Creation of an audit trail
  • Preservation of the environment with substantially less paper used
  • Less need for filing cabinets in the office
  • Less need for as much office space, thus decreasing rental expense
So easy to use, if I can use it, it must be simple.
Intuitive and simple.
Very easy to integrate into my line of work, with co utilisation of Dropbox Sign. I can take this information and the compliance with me and transfer elsewhere without being stuck in a rigid CRM for a specific industry.
Great software, however the integration of the Dropbox cloud in tandem with this is amazing and simpler than this great competitor for an all in one solution.

Why did I not do this sooner!
E signing and storage all in one.
It assists in compliance orientated documentation for my very compliant profession, and also creates an audit trail.
What more could I ask for?
I have contractual agreements which must be signed by a due date and this platform really assist in making this a reality.
