Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud
We use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up our Endpoints, Cloud Apps and Hybrid Workloads. It provides us with data and disaster recovery confidence and uptime guarantees. The backups are immutable, safe, and stored on the cloud so we feel at ease. It also prevents the need of keeping and managing expensive hardware in our office space.
- The Customer Success and Support teams are both proactive and reactive.
- Moving data from warm to cold storage for saving credits and pricing is a super helpful feature.
- The Druva Data Resiliency Cloud product roadmaps are innovative and keep coming up with new functionalities.
- Pricing could be slightly better.
- Advanced ransomware recovery functionality is still in the pipeline for cloud apps.
- Some backups can be randomly stopped by the firewall.
- It definitely has saved us a lot of time since the GUI is smooth and quick to navigate through.
- The backup and restore policies are both quite easy to set up.
- Since the backups are immutable and encrypted, it gives us extra layers of data protection.
We use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud for multiple workloads including the Google Suite. A lot of our data from Gmail, GDrive and Shared Drives is saved on Druva Data Resiliency Cloud and we have never seen any issues of scalability. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud even provides backup protection for Shared folders, mailboxes and deleted content, all our backups are successfully handled without any issues.
Compared to Datto Backupify- DDruva Data Resiliency Cloud has a much better interface(Datto is quite clunky). Also, Datto doesn't provide good enough protection for Endpoints, it doesn't have enough layers of security in terms of data protection. Overall in terms of the features being provided for the pricing- Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is a much more comprehensive and well-rounded choice.
