Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

At Harbor we use Druva to both backup our data, but also the data of our customers. As a data protection specialist the fact that we choose to protect our own data with Druva show the confidence we have in the product. We use Druva for a range of workloads including Office365 On-prem data inc VM/NAS/Database and also public cloud workloads.

  • NAS Protection
  • AWS Data Protection
  • M365 Protection
  • New feature release
  • Microsoft Azure support
  • Global reporting
  • Time saving
  • Security posture
  • Predictable scaling
We use Druva for M365 protection including Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint and Teams. We also protect customer data in other areas such as Salesforce.
Druva is a true cloud scale product. With Druva I'm only paying for the data that is being protected. This can scale up and down on a monthy basis as we consume more or less of the platform. The ability to add other enhanced feature as a bolt on means that I can tailor the solution to me my requirements.
Druva is a unique product in the data protection space and does things very differently. This means they are often presenting a very different approach to other vendors in the space. This usually leads to a more modern approach to protecting workloads in both on-prem and cloud environments including SaaS applications such as M365

Do you think Druva Data Resiliency Cloud delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud's feature set?

Yes

Did Druva Data Resiliency Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Druva Data Resiliency Cloud go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Druva Data Resiliency Cloud again?

Yes

Druva is very strong in both the security of the platform and it's ability to protect cloud SaaS workloads such as M365. The whole design of Druva lends itself to a security first approach with design decisions such as air-gapped storage in the Druva cloud powered by AWS. M365 data protection is a very strong area of Druva and is personally the best product I've used in the space. Druva could speed up delivery of new feature releases, however it's good to know that they are thoroughly tested before release.
