Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

It's used throughout the org. In case student files are frozen, or the current system crashes, this product is used as a backup to ensure the most recent data can still be recovered, and that if our intranet goes down, we are able to still give student live accounts of their progress.
  • easy to use
  • works fast
  • does not shut down
  • faster login
  • multiple users at once
  • just all around easier language.
  • helps get things done faster
  • less stress on losing files
  • can be a bit of a crutch
  • Office 365 - pretty well with some issues, I'd say seven out of ten
  • Exchange - pretty well with some issues, I'd say seven out of ten
  • G Suite - really well, probably the best out of them all, this would be a nine out of ten, especially with GMail .
When working with student files that not everyone typically has access to, we are notified of a user locking up, or currently accessing the same information by initial and name, so if this causes any type of departmental issue, we are able to make a note of it in real time.
I think it does help out, in that all outside forces looking to push any agenda, request data that they shouldn't, or causing any issues in general are weeded out. So it's less of a concern to use Druva inSync without having to stress information being taken, or compromised at any point.
The biggest thing with Druva, is that unlike CloudBerry Backup, Stellar Converter for GroupWise, or Cloud Backup for Office 365, is that it operates off a single dashboard. So I don't have to do a bunch of digging to get to what I need, or worry about losing information because it's taking to long to access it.
I was pretty satisfied, but it's hard to say, as I was able to do things outside of it while it was being implemented. It makes pretty good sense, so it wasn't super difficult to figure, out, or use, once it was put into place. I'm satisfied, but didn't actually have to "wait" on it.

Would you buy Druva Data Resiliency Cloud again?

Yes

It's well suited when making sure student files are backed up, and that the most recent data is accounted for. It doesn't work quite as well on days when the system is working slowly, but it not all the way shut down. It also only really serves to show previous info, not live info.
