- Instructional videos for teammates.
- Instructional videos for end users.
- As a rapport builder doing the sales process.
- As a tool to indicate how many times my videos are viewed.
- The CRM tool could be improved.
- More instruction “how to”/how it is being used by peers in the same industry.
- ROI is hard to determine but the overall value is high.
- This is my number 1 communication tool used internally and externally because it has call-to-action buttons that I use for next steps and feedback.
