Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is used for two-factor authentication for securing our workstations, as well as integrating it within our software web application. Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is used throughout our organization to ensure a safe and secure workplace. It solves the need for adding two-factor authentication for bolstering security because passwords alone are not enough these days.

Overall it's a solid product and we have had little to no issues with it. We have easily integrated it into our products and have found it to fill our security needs. The UI is user friendly and there is an app for Android and iOS. Also, the service has never been down since we started to use it.
We have cloud-based web applications that we secure with Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, for internal users who would have super user privileges. These users are required to use two-factor authentication, and Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is the key to this process. This is important to prevent unauthorized access to such a high-level user, and Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, gives us that comfort we need.
I have not had to use the support channel. Duo is well documented and easy to use.
Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, is perfect for incorporating two-factor authentication into your business and/or software applications. There are many prebuilt libraries to quickly integrate Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, into any application. We currently use Duo / Cisco Secure Access, by Duo, in all our web-based applications for authentication. It's is not appropriate for anything other than what I just described above.
