Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Dynatrace OneAgent is being used in multiple projects at DaVita. Our primary usage is for production support, checking docker container/services health, and heap size monitoring.
  • Session Replay
  • Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Traversing through UI can be improved.
  • The application monitoring (service healths and heap sizes) helps us effectively debug production issues.
It's been a good couple of years since I used CA-APM, but it's no where close to Dynatrace.
Dynatrace OneAgent is feature rich and I like some of the cool features like session replay and power dashboarding, which I am planning to implement for our application.

The Power Dashboarding, Real User monitoring and infrastructure monitoring are some of the great features that are suited for our organization.
