Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

We have used Dynatrace to monitoring our infrastructure on AWS, and the application that is running on AWS. Dynatrace has been helping Smiles for about 5 years. After deployment in our infrastructure, it has been possible to anticipate problems with services and hosts.
New Relic was the first app monitor for Smiles, but we didn't get detailed information about our infrastructure. Dynatrace resolved this problem.
Every consultant for Dynatrace is totally able to resolve our problems.

Dynatrace is monitoring our principal services, and when they have any problems, our operations teams receive a push and work to resolve the problem immediately.
