Dynatrace provides fast troubleshooting. It has a useful dashboard to help make business decisions.

We have lots of tools for monitoring but have never had one where it does almost everything, like Dynatrace, before.
The Dynatrace One Agent is awesome. I rate that team with 10. However, as far as support goes, it's a 7. they only communicate via the support site. When we respond via email, they ignore us.

Dynatrace is well suited for web applications. It's not as useful for non-web applications, such as login platforms that are API-driven.
