Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

We use it to support our social media strategy (organic and paid). The linking capabilities to different social channels and different engagement measurements is great for what we need. We use it to address reach and engagement on a post by post basis.

Very helpful and knowledgeable support offered
Emplifi is more intuitive and modern, with clearer dashboards for assessing and comparing content. It is easy to view tiles and search metrics. Other platforms including these listed examples weren't as easy to use, and had fewer features that were relevant to strategy and campaigns, as well as search functionality.

Great for strategy before launching a campaign, and checking how a current campaign is performing in real-time. Great for new users to assess their work. Less appropriate for smaller details like picking out the cover for an Instagram Reel or tagging accounts when looping in a person or business. Perhaps more included add-ons.
