Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

We use the Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for a variety of functions, from publishing to monitoring the performance of our own content. In my case, I analyze the performance of my own content. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is very good because we can gather all the metrics and social networks in one file, which makes the work easier. We use the content part to classify the posts according to the client's themes and export them to Excel to produce a performance report with qualitative and quantitative data.

It is email support and is adapted from another language. There should be a system in Portuguese/Brazil and a real-time chat, to facilitate support.
In relation to Talkwalker, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud has a better performance when we talk about our own publications. On the "open sea", Talkwalker has excellent performance and coverage.

For users who want to follow trends in other profiles and their client's own content, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is recommended. Like every analysis platform, there are limitations, the data is not identical to that available on the networks and there is a certain delay in updating metrics.
