Overall Satisfaction with Engage121
Franchisees within our brand would sign up to use Engage121. From the corporate office, I would then submit posts for the franchisees' social media pages. The platform was entirely opt-in for our users. Franchisees would also have the option to either accept the posts via email, or override that function. It helped business owners have a foundation of content on social media, in case they didn't have the time to do so themselves.
- Email post approvals to users. Allows for decision of content.
- Great support team. Easy to work with, and fast and reliable.
- Multi-faceted, including adding other apps and pages to social pages.
- The platform was rather slow, and sometimes glitchy to use.
- Would like more detailed analytics that breaks down each social page attached to the platform rather than general, over-arching analytics.
- Pricing is high for the functionality.
