The best part of using this platform is that every additional money, along with the base salary, is calculated over there. You are prepared beforehand for your in-hand salary post all deductions and incentives. Also, they have an automated leaderboard system, which can be used in a potential competition among the other members of the same team. Also, they have a graph where we can track our performances month after month.

The platform should've needed a space where we could note down all our aligned payments, which could have helped create a chart to analyze the amount of incentive expected. Also, when back out happens, we should be able to track the action plan already positioned in the page.
