Overall Satisfaction with EverString

We at Capital One use EverString to source new leads from our respective markets. The intelligence EverString employ helps uncover new opportunities.
  • They do a good job in sorting leads into industry categories
  • They do a good job in collecting data about those companies like number of employees and revenue size
  • The user interface is clean and easy to navigate
  • If new leads in my market become available, it would be nice if an email alert could be set.
We have definitely been able to find new leads using EverString but it would be nice to have a quarterly check-in highlighting best practices. We had one training session about 8 months ago and there wasn’t really a formal follow up.
Very satisfied. I’ve been able to uncover some real gems in my market. Prospects I wouldn’t have found elsewhere.

To a degree we have. Most reps have taken their foot off the gas with Everstring because there hasn’t really been any follow up tutorials. I’ve been quite proactive using it though.
The number of leads I have been able to find have increased by about 20%. That’s a solid ROI.

In the manufacturing industry, EverString is a nice tool to use to capture similar leads in the same industry.
