When we rebranded, we used the time scheduler to automatically disable our old brand and introduce our new brand without the staff having to do anything. We're currently trialing the ability to customise the email signature by department to increase our brand dynamic.
The ease of integration with Azure AD and Exchange Online is key and, as a result, very limited configuration effort is needed.
