We use Exclaimer for our customers to ensure they are able to have a correctly updated signature always. This also ensures that there are no errors and that the banners can be updated. The ability to sync with Office 365 is also a big bonus as our customers use that, and we are able to ensure that names, numbers, emails, and more are directly synced and have no mistakes in them. The speed of the syncing ability also is a big plus.

The ability to add different signatures for different areas and domains is probably the biggest thing, as this allows us to ensure different sites that have more than one company within it are able to have the correct signature. This allows the brands to be happy with the signature and doesn't cause the customer to be upset.
Exclaimer provides a single use MFA code that lasts 2 hours which is a big bonus as this allows the extra added layer of security while still maintaining the flexibility and reliability of the time you have to see the email and apply the MFA code. This ensures that all your signatures are safe from harm.
