Prior to Exclaimer, email signatures were a bit of a mess. Having multiple offices, and many users that worked remotely, the best we could do was to ask users to use specific email signatures. When new products were released, it was almost impossible to market this in email signatures as changes could not be made in specific time windows. We even had users that just had blatantly incorrect information in their email signature due to a typo!
Now that we use Exclaimer, all users have specific, accurate email signatures. Due to the ability to 'schedule' specific signatures, email is now a major advertising vehicle as we can now showcase new product releases in our email signatures across the entire company.

- Very easy to update/modify signatures across the entire organisation
- SIgnature 'rules' and scheduling allows us to tailor signatures to specific departments and for product releases
- Easy integration across ALL devices in the organisation
- Outlook add-in also gives powerful yet simple functionality to all users on Windows, Mac and Mobile devices
- The only issue I came across was the time it takes for the Outlook add-in to roll out across the company for the initial integration. This isn't actually an Exclaimer issue, though, and was more of a Microsoft problem!
- Exclaimer has allowed us to ensure that all signature data is correct - previously some users had the wrong telephone number in their email signature due to a typo, which meant lost business!
- Email signatures are now an excellent marketing tool
- Branding is now consistent across the board, increasing the level of trust.
The ability to schedule email signatures based on date/time has been an absolute game changer - new product releases are now advertised at least 3 or 4 times a month through a channel that was either difficult to use, or was not used. It has made a big difference
Having the data based in the cloud with a level of security in place has been really useful.
We have been able to allow specific people in specific departments to only have access to the email signatures that they're allowed to change. And because some of these users are remote workers, there are no restrictions in them having access to make these changes.
