Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We are currently utilizing EZ Texting as a staffing platform and a reminder for specific events and other company announcements. It is used primarily in staffing, but sometimes applies to other arenas of the company. Given the magnitude of the number of employees on our roster, EZ Texting makes it easier for us to reach out to the masses in a short amount of time.
  • It keeps contacts readily available
  • The preview screen for the texts is helpful
  • We can quickly add contacts to messages because it remembers them
  • Text threads are not readily available and make having conversations with employees difficult
  • The inbox and outbox cannot be organized in any way other than chronological
  • The pages start over from the beginning every time you go back from a specific message. For example, if I look at a message on page 50 and then click the back button, I am taken all the way back to page one.

  • Harder to get their responses
  • Harder to converse with
It would be nice if you could upload contacts from more than one medium instead of just csv's. Thankfully, if the messages are simple and to a small group, it's easy to get it out really quickly. However, the majority of our messages are to very large groups and there is more room for error. When scheduling staff, it has proved to be more of a hindrance than an assistance because I can't read the message threads and I'm not sure who is responding to which events.
