Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We're a full-service bicycle sales, repair, and rentals shop. We're currently using EZ Texting as a quality assurance and review acquisition tool to check-in with customers after completing a bike sale or service ticket. Our text message is sent asking for feedback and we can receive information quickly from the customer about whether we were excellent or if we have areas needing improvement. As with most other industries, reviews play a huge role in whether a customer will walk through our door or not, so ensuring we consistently receive new, positive reviews is important to our business. We also use EZ Texting to remind our customers when it's time to bring their bikes in for tuneups. This allows us to provide excellent customer service while increasing service revenue.

We're a small business with a team of 2 people in the marketing department and just a handful of people in sales. That's why a tool like EZ Texting is critical to maximizing and maintaining communication with our current customer base. The set-up was relatively simple and took less than 2 hours to develop our initial plan and workflow. The help tutorials EZ Texting provides were detailed and thorough. Our first campaign initiative was to reach out to folks who visited the store recently and ask for feedback. EZ Texting allows us to get real-time metrics on how many people received and clicked on the link we texted. With data in real-time, we're able to tweak our strategy as we go along to continuously make improvements on engagement rate and hopefully overall customer experience.
EZ Texting's interface is very user-friendly with detailed help documents and tutorials available as well. Whether you are tech-savvy or not, this system is easy to use without being overly simplified or skimping on the features as some "user-friendly" platforms do.
EZ Texting support has been extremely helpful and responsive.
We use pictures to strengthen our brand image and make an auto message a little more personal. Our feedback request text message has a photo with the text "just checking in" and our logo. Without having to read through the message, they know right away that the message is from a trusted and familiar company - not a scam or robot.
EZ Texting has a simple platform that doesn't require a great deal of coding and advanced programming skills like some of the others listed above. Also, it was easy to get set up with EZ Texting and migrate our existing contacts from our previously tool without starting over from scratch. Some platforms did not allow this.
EZ Texting is great at setting up reminder campaigns. For example, we sell a bike and put the customer in a group that receives 2 messages. The first message will say, "Thanks for buying a bike at our shop!", and the second message 6 months later will say, "Time for your tuneup!". We no longer have to manually call those customers to remind them to bring in their bikes for tuneups.
