Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting is used by our company to get important messages out to our driver team immediately and efficiently. We have drivers spread out all over the southeastern United States and EZ Texting affords our company the ability to communicate with all of them instantly. This helps coordinating policy change, inform of corporate decisions, and most importantly guide best practices for safety and quality control.

Pros

  • EZ Texting allows our company to address issues with our entire driver team in an instant and expedited manner, as opposed to trying to contact each driver individually.
  • EZ Texting allows our corporate office to receive instant feedback from the driver's who respond to the text messages. This allows our company to address concerns quickly and explain anything that seems to come up repeatedly in the FAQ's feedback.

Cons

  • The archive system could be more user-friendly to be able to pull up previous campaigns and identify messages we would want to use again or slightly edit for reuse.
  • The use of different font tools such as bold, italics, etc. would allow for more expression in the messages being sent out.
  • Using EZ Texting to remind our drivers to do their safety training each month has increased participation in the training program by 47% over the last year.
  • Drivers have communicated that they feel they are more heard due to the reply to the message feature on each text we send out and the manner in which we address any concerns. They may have been hesitant to call into the office in the past about issues but now they are comfortable sending a text.
We were able to get up and running with EZ Texting within 48 hours. The only time-consuming portion was entering the drivers' information. The actual interfacing with the platform was very natural and didn't take any adjusting. EZ Texting is very user-friendly and the support team at EZ Texting is very friendly and informative.
We have benefited from the ability to interact more expeditiously and effectively with our driver team, which is spread out over a large geographic region and is operating on myriad schedules. We have been able to enact policy changes and inform our drivers of safety updates much quicker than in the past which has helped us create a safer work environment for our driver team.
The support is always thorough, friendly, and we are able to resolve any issues we have. As opposed to some companies where you will sit on hold for a long period of time or get passed off to another department or not be able to find an answer to your issue, with EZ Texting we usually have short wait times, if any, and we are helped until we find a solution to the problem.
We selected EZ Texting because it was described as exactly what we needed to be able to communicate with our entire team at one time. We were having to call or text our drivers individually in the past and that was very time consuming. With EZ Texting we were able to remedy that issue and improve our overall safety awareness as a whole. When we have policy changes or in the case of an emergency such as a hurricane, we are now able to effectively disperse information to our entire driver team about next steps to be taken to keep our employees and equipment safe.
EZ Texting is well suited for companies with employees spread out over large distances because it gives you the ability to keep everyone connected and in the loop on important information. It's also really convenient if a company has an employee team that works a scattered schedule because it allows for the message to go out to all team members but they are given the opportunity to see it when they are free or awake, depending on how their schedule works out.
