Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We send out mass texts to our patients for emergency closing and holidays closings. The problem is that a lot of our patients lose, change cell numbers and change landline numbers.
  • Send out reports right after the message is sent
  • Remind you to replenish your user account
  • The setup for voicemail calls. I have a ticket which has been over a year ago and it still has not been fixed.
  • The set up for sending out a message is a little complicated.
  • It just needs to go back to the old setup.
  • It has been a plus to keep our patients informed of business hours from time to time.
  • We no longer use the landline phone numbers for voice mail since it has not been fixed via EZ texting.
EZ Texting does send the message out as scheduled.
We did receive all the information needed to get setup, but getting help from time to time is a little frustrating.
